On this page you’ll find my personal healthy lifestyle tips I use in my own daily routine.  These are ideas I’ve adopted over the years that work for me… and I like to preach what I practice. 

Most of these health routine suggestions are geared toward maintaining general good health, and will definitely be appropriate for you.  A few tips are more specific to certain conditions such as allergies… so if you have allergies, these tips could work for you, too.
